Kershner, Ryan
Today I had the worse experience with this company.
I was working directly with Ryan Kershner since he was referred to me by a co worker of mine.
I have been working through text messages and phone calls with Ryan since July 10th, 2020 to replace an AC unig at my parents house that was completely broken.
After a lot of communication I was able to receive a good quote from Ryan. I told Ryan it would be a few weeks beforw I would be able to get the installation of the AC unit since I had to save the money for the AC unit.
When I finally got the money put together I contacted Ryan and asked if he could please order the AC unit and I was ready for it to be installed. Ryan told me it could be at least a week for the unit to arrive. We scheduled for August 10th, 2020 at 3pm and Ryan said he would be picking up the unit that morning. I recieved a text from Ryan that same day saying the condenser did not arrive with the AC unit and that i would need to wait until Wednesday Aug 12th 2020 and he would be at my house at 3pm.
That brings me to today where my family and I received the worst service ever and was treated so very poorly.
Ryan called me this morning and told me my AC unit has still not arrived and that he was going to call another company to get my unit a d he will call me if he can get the unit today. I was very understanding and expressed to Ryan that I understood a d was grateful for him keeping me updated and I appreciated everything he was doing.
Ryan sent his father to my house around 230pm to start the installation and Ryan called me to tell me his father could not get in through the gate in the front entrance.
Ryan also stated that he was not under the impression that he would or any of his employees would have to wear a mask while they were inside of the home completing the installation. Ryan said the only way that he would complete the installation is if my parents left the house and removed their dogs from the home and was able to make entry through the front gate. I expressed to Ryan that a mask needs to be worn in my parents home due to my father being immune-compromised and reminded him that we were in a pandemic with covid-19 and I told Ryan that in order to open the front gate to fully I would have to break the other side of the gate. I told Ryan my Dad would walk his Dad to the back of the property which we have have another entrance and have had tow trucks come through and it would be big enough for his truck to come through. Ryan said to me that it's too damn hot to wear a mask and he refused to wear a mask and refuse for his father to wear a mask while they were there. I told Ryan that I would make it work and have my dad leave the house and take the dogs and bring them to my house. I did Tell Ryan that I wear a mask all day long and 97 degree weather and that I didn't see what the issue was for him or his father to have to wear a mask while just inside of my dad's house. But I did have my parents remove the dogs from their house and they left their house and came to my house. My father called me to tell me that Ryan's father left and did not tell him he was leaving. My dad was concerned and wanted to know if he was coming back. I tried to call Ryan multiple times and he refused all of my phone calls, after our last conversation. After my last phone call got rejected Ryan text me and told me that after a second assessment of my home he did not feel that my business was worth his time. I was extremely hurt by his text message and called him again to get some clarification and once again he refused to answer any of my phone calls. This was very unprofessional behavior and Ryan should have called me or answered my phone call to tell me he would not be completing the AC unit installation. The purpose of this review is not anyone bash anyone but instead to tell my experience and how me and my family were poorly treated and how this company refused to even follow the CDC guidelines and wear a mask inside of others homes were social distancing was not possible.
