    Mr Romero has a very charismatic personality. But we found that as a ruse to his knowledge, management skills, quality control and craftsmanship. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars repairing sub-par construction. We thought we did our homework. But in the end got burned.

    Hiring Kevin Romero was a terrible mistake. He is a dishonest, unprofessional, and uneducated builder. He took much longer to build than he said he would and cheated us out of a lot of money. He is disrespectful to the contractors and to the client. He does not pay his bills. He ruins the experience of building a home. He left many things unfinished. We would highly recommend not using this builder.

    Our experience was terrible. Kevin cut corners every way possible during construction yet we paid for good quality supplies. We had leins placed on our home because he doesn't pay his contractors or suppliers in a timely manner. Yet he charged us at least double what his invoices stated and took his 15% commission on top of that. Very unprofessional during the building process. We would NOT recommend him.
