Key West Pools and Services does not or have a customer named John out of Rowlett. So John, if that is truly your name, Key West Pools and Services does not hire illegal workers or rip people off. Our customers do not need to hide behind fictitious names. If our customers have an issue, all they have to do is make a call. So John, if in fact we did a job for you and you were not happy, please feel free to contact us. But please, refrain from making inaccurate or false statements. Thank you.

Do NOT fall into this contractor's trap, Jessica Whitson and Bryan run this pool business but they are the most unethical business you can imagine. They talk the talk when selling you a project but their quality of service and work is horrible. They subcontract everything to so many different people that don't know what they are doing. They hire cheap illegal workers and rip them off as well. You will totally regret it if you hire them. They have had so many issues with customers you have no idea. If you do hire them DO NOT pay them until you are fully satisfied with the outcome. But I'm sure you won't be.
