Hired Tracy Stromberg to get bids to determine the budget for the bank, and get bid. He created a budget that was submitted to the bank as real. Unfortunately, he didn't actually get real bid before starting the project, as was off by over $50,000. His response to covering his mistakes "shut up and pay it".
Not only did he cause the bank budget to crash, but he also hired people to maximize his own profits, at the expense of the home owner. He is not a real contractor, and does none of the work, and hires one person at a time to do work, extending project time.
In my case, we had an agreement that the home would be built in 180 days, with a penalty of $100 per day beyond that. Over a year later, he refuses to complete the job, pay the penalty, and has hired an Atty to freeze the loan distribution at the expense of his own subs.
We are not moving to litigation, and his bond is being pulled for Bank Fraud and Unethical behaviours. Buyer beware, and move beyond this socio-path.
