Great builder, has built several new homes for me for sale. Have never had any issues, always headache free when using this company. Very professional, knowledgable and finishes when he says. Have sold many properties built by this company, if minor repairs are needed, always comes back in a timely manner. Homeowners love him, very honest. Only use this company as an investor to build my homes.

KieranCole has constructed over 7 homes in Point Breeze that I can find- all of which have major roof issues due to faulty installation of fiberglass roofing. His attempt at repairing was poor and we didn't trust him. We are still having roof leaking issues after 5 years of purchase. Another home from him on my block is leaking after just months. Another home on my block of his sold with a leaking roof disclaimer. Another house on my block built by him just spent 10k on repairs.
