I highly recommend you do not use this contractor. The estimates you receive mean nothing! You will not know the true cost until it is too late. I asked 3 questions before hiring: 1. Do you have a crew; 2. Are you a working contractor and; 3. Do you have a good relationship with your subcontractors? I received a "yes" to all 3 and that was not the truth. He does his own bookkeeping which is a major problem.
