A fraud. Doesn't return phone calls and didn't run a proper permit. Incomplete and incorrect work done.

The contractor never completed his work. After he never came back, we ended up having to spend an additional 20 Thousand dollars to complete the work, and then fix work that was done faulty, i.e. electrical, plumbing, redoing walls that had to be torn down to get to faulty work, windows not installed properly, back yard work, incomplete fencing, etc etc. The problem is in all honesty after many years of looking back , is that the owner was overwhelemed, too big a job, and priced the work that was being done, he would go to other properties to do work and not do work on my property for weeks on end... He also used Heaven Sent Contractors, Kingdom Builders etc. I would never suggest anyone use his services, i lost everything in a fire and although there were many challenges, dealing with him was even more diffiicult.
