  We are in the midst of an addition with Joe and he is unreliable to say the least! The project started over a year ago and we are now living in a hotel waiting for our home to be liveable. He has lied time and time again about the status of the build and, as other reviews state, is disorganized and mis mangaes all of his subcontracters.

  Building Nightmare

  Kingdom started the process on our home in February of 2013 and we didn't move in until September 2014. The Project Manager was HORRIBLE! He was unorganized, unprofessional and doesn't have a dedicated crew so the work isn't completed in a timely fashion. I should never have to hunt you down in order to get a status of my home. I wanted to know where my money was going and when I got an itemized list of the work, the numbers didn't add up. There were so many red flags from the start but I went against my better judgment. I would never recommend Kingdom to build not even a dog house for me. Oh, there is still some unfinished work at my property and of course Joe isn't returning the calls and is also ignoring the inspector who has been to my property numerous times. This has been a horrible experience and sours me from ever wanting to do business with him again.

  Kingdom Homes was hired as a Builder for a remodel on an existing business in Stafford County. Phase 1 of the project was a small parking lot. The project began months later than scheduled. A crew showed up sometimes three men sometimes two they began work at 11:00am and ended at 3:00pm a couple of times a week finally got grass cleared out poured a curb and it wasn't measured properly so it had to be broken up cleared out remeasured and it was discovered that an existing well needed to be abandoned before the next pouring of the concrete. well here we are still no parking lot. Kingdom Homes said it was ready for asphalt but two asphalt companies said they wouldn't do it because instead of cutting the existing asphalt it was driven over by the backhoe and is broken up. Also it needs two more loads of crush and run and compacted. So Kingdom Homes never came out to supervise the crew he hired and they obviously didn't know what they are doing. I will tell everyone that asked about this outfit to just open your window and throw your money out it you'll end up with the same results. He lacks the knowledge to build anything! He was given the money up front, and refused to refund the remaining monies back. It was recorded by accident him (Joe) stating that he falsified the receipts he did turn in.. Now he is refusing all phone calls.
