Signed a contract for a bathroom remodel. 2800 up front and 2200 when job was suppose to be done. He rescheduled a bunch and then I ran out of money waiting on him. 3 months late I call him to finish th job he says no problem just give me 1200 up front. He took my check , cashed it, then tells me I took too long to get back to him and he’s not finishing the work. Told me to try my luck in court. Keep in mind he talked to me the whole time. Work is sub par - over priced - and no one wants to come back because he didn’t waterproof. Don’t recommend.
