Kirby Cordell put a rubber roof on my restaurant with a "lifetime" warranty. I have had nothing but trouble with it and he refuses to repair it. He has told me several times that he will send someone to fix it, but he hasn't. Now he has stopped answering my phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!!!!!!!!
