Conversion of bath with tub/toilet into handicap accessible shower/toilet totally unacceptable. Mistakes in tiling (especially lack of slope to drain), grouting, non-sealing causing problems. Two-week job took over two months (November 2020 to January 2021). Original drain not moved, thus must use towels to stop water flow out of bathroom when showering. Totally non-responsive to follow-up complaints; owner told to buy squeegee. Very unprofessional work. Will send photos if email provided. Cumberland Circle, Gainesville FL
