Poor communication with the client! Due the this work re-done on several fronts resulting in being over budget by over 15%. Although the contract stated we would receive change orders for work that was out of scope, we never received one. Quality of work was okay, but many items were redone several times. Project started in September 2019. Schedule was a joke. There was none. Still not finished and will need to finish myself. Stay away from this builder unless you want to manage the project yourself and pay more than quoted.

Marlin was involved with the project even consulting with the architect during design and every phase thereafter. He is a good problem solver and is very creative. Many of his suggestions improved the final product and also saved money. Our house was a log cabin of custom design. It included a large garage and wood shop. We have lived in the house for 3 years now and love it. We later had Marlin build an additional building for lumber storage. We give him high marks.
