My experience with them is mixed. They were very good in drawing up the plans to my specifications. However, they did not supervise the contractor's work as I expected. For example, the plumbing and electrical were not signed off by the buildings department. Jae Y. Ko told me I have to refile my job which means paying the fees again. I now have additional expenses to hire another electrician and plumber to examine and sign off on the work. All of this could have been avoided if Jae Y. Ko had checked on the work more often.
