Do not do business with this contractor. Kolmar (Dan Flores) he has been paid for swimming pool and refuses to finish it. I know several other people with similar issues with him.

The worst experience of my life. DO NOT do business with this thief. He will take your money and never complete your project. I know of many others in the same boat as we are - unfinished work, and can't get him to finish. He lies non stop. We had an extensive backyard pool project and all he did was take our money and leave it in worse shape than when he started. We then had to hire other contractors to come in and fix all that he did wrong and complete the project. Ended up costing us almost double what it should have.
