KON Construction was on time (even faster than set timeline) for completion. They were professional and courteous to not only our HOA board but also to the homeowners they came in contact with. It was nice to have a team that knew exactly what they were doing and didn’t need to be held by the hand to get the work done. The proposal amount matched the amount billed to the penny. KON construction went above and beyond the scope of work to make sure the job was done right. The HOA would hire KON Construction to do another job for our community. Work completed: roofs on 6 buildings and 6 garages, gutters and downspouts on all 12 buildings.

Vadim and Victor replaced all the LP siding, flashed all the windows and doors and reroofed our mid 90's home. This large a job is labor intensive and is a long process, but I could not have asked for a better experience. They fixed any rot that they encountered along the way. I found them to be very pleasant and their pricing to be fair. I felt like they went the extra mile. Vadim made sure to do a final walk-around with my husband and I to make sure that any questions that we might have had were addressed.
I felt that their pricing was fair, and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
We will definitely call Vadim and Victor again for any future projects that we undertake.
