DREADFUL DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS "CONTRACTOR." If I could aware zero stars, I would gladly do so! It took him nearly a YEAR to replace the roof on my tool shed that called for 3 bundles of shingles -- not exactly a huge project, to build a garbage bin consisting of 2x4s and hardware cloth, three hinges, and a handle that does NOT have a solid lid or floor as I requested. After it finally was delivered, the next night it was hit by a drunk driver and damaged. Bryan Kotsch took TWO WEEKS to "rebuild" it. His idea of a "rebuild" was to nail two 2x4s diagonally across both sides of the base, leaving the lid not square with the base of the bin. The charge for this late, sloppy, and below standard work: $1,076!!!!! I disputed his invoice THREE TIMES, REQUESTING DOCUMLENTATION AND he has flatly refused, becoming verbally abusive on more than one occasion. Do NOT HIRE THIS GRIFTER, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE HOMEOWNER. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! HE WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!! HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
