I worked twice with Krajewski architect and each time everything went very well.Overall, I will recommend them and will hire them again.Matt, the principal had been a good partner by listening to our needs while providing some insights and very good suggestions.But at the end, he always respected our decisions.For the renovation on 194 Bleecker Street, we got an article in Dwell magazine for the small places in New York on the November 2016 issue (Title on the specific on the appart : Sum and substance).The renovation took much longer than expected but nothing link to the architects, more a combination city / coop.

I had a great experience with Matt Krajewski. It's a small outfit so you deal directly with him. Matt works fast and is extremely reaponsive and great at problem solving. He was my rock through my entire process, even making sure his plans were carried out correctly by my contractor.There were a lot of moving parts to my project and there were times where I needed drawings very quickly and Matt Krajewski was sensitive to that and treated my project with a lot of care, despite the fact that it was likely on the smaller side for him.I would definitely recommend Krajewski Architect.
