    Not worth a try, don’t waste your time. I called company few times with no response then the owner called and spoke very nicely, assured that he would come to inspect. He never came back and did not call. Very unprofessional and just waste of time. Over assurance and under performer company. STAY AWAY.

    This company is not capable of handling large scale jobs and taking care of their customers. I had a septic backup and posted on fb looking for a plumber. Owner reached out to me and had a crew in our home within 2 hours. I thought they were amazing and was willing to hand them the whole project, no questions asked. Long story short, they over promised and under delivered. Took more than 2 weeks to demo 700 sqft of flooring and flood cut some walls and demo a walk in closet. The guys on the crew are nice enough but they tell you they will be back on a certain day and don’t show up. Don’t call. When you call one of the three different managers no one answers or returns calls and texts. Then they leave you hanging. I never expected anything to be done overnight but the owner told me this was a 4 week project. It’s been 6 weeks and I don’t have a quote for the rebuild of my basement and they just string you along. I’ll be working with different contractors moving forward but I’ve lost weeks just waiting for them to return a call or text and if I had started with someone else it would be done or close to done by now. They were unable to handle the blockage with their snake but made us wait a week to hire someone on our own to get it cleared because they kept saying they could handle it. They have no sense of urgency, the team never worked longer than a 3 hour shift on any given day and no called no showed on us at least 3 times. It’s ok if you aren’t someone’s only customer and I get things take time but when they give you the silent treatment while your house is in shambles and you have a newborn, it’s unacceptable. Call Servpro or a company that’s been in this business longer. Someone who understands customers need an update every once in awhile. Oh and I didn’t even make a big deal about the fact that one of their crew members was urinating on the side of our house- right against the wall multiple times. I just told them they can use the toilet. I should have known then that hiring them was a mistake.
