The process was terrible, the communication was terrible, which is 9/10ths of the job. The contractor is never on site to manage his subs, when he does show up he is there for five minutes and leaves. He will come after you at the end of the job with change orders that were never approved. He has no eye for detail; if you want a custom job that is quality this is not your guy. The work was sub par. Stay away from this contractor.

Communication is extremely poor both with his sub contractors and the client. I have flooring lifting and a re-circulation pump that's broken and have been trying to get it resolved for 4 months and counting. I would not recommend him.
