I agree with Cathy G. I purchased a home from Mr Warner and have had nothing but problems since delivery. We encounter numerous water leaks in both bathrooms and have a garage floor that does not drain properly.

Warner is building a subdivision in Greenfield, MA, called McHard Acres. These homes are poorly built. Several of them were partially built and left open to the elements during winter where snow accumulated and sat for months in the interior of the homes.
It has taken him 11 years to get to the 2nd, out of 3, building phases because no one wants to buy these sub-standard homes.
He illegally expanded several building lots.
He is proven to be less than trustworthy and a horrible person to do business with.
