KRX ownership is very personable and friendly. However, the company kept putting off our deck until late in fall. The project was not started until late October or early November and ceased when the weather got too severe to continue (late January or early February). The contractor was to come back in spring and finish our deck. It's now late fall once again and we are still waiting, despite assurances he would be there "Friday" (we've been told that numerous times over spring and summer). Railing supports were never installed, and now I have sagging rails, and temporary supports that fall onto the ground if bumped, railing and board it's attached to is not secured and moves, boards are full of holes from removing screws and reusing the boards. Under deck supports were not completed, one of the boards in the frame work was spliced together in three sections that move when walked over. Some of the spacing on the deck boards is so wide, my chair legs slip between boards and the chair tips. The list goes on. Large openings around balusters where wasps and bees live in summer, lights falling off or not working. We picked KRX from online data bases due to its "A" rating and positive reviews.
