BEWARE! If I could give this company less than one star, I'd do it gladly. Their primary concern is about rolling through as many customers as they can—there is absolutely zero regard for quality workmanship or customer service.
I don’t have a tiny kitchen, but it only took their installers 3 hours or so to prep, measure, cut, install and leave. It felt like some sort of race, where they were trying to get through job and on to the next as fast as possible. The result was shoddy at best. On one side of the kitchen, the overhang is a full half inch different from the front to the back (it goes from 1” to 1.5”). They also rounded the corners without asking if that’s what we wanted. We, in fact, did not.
On the other side, they barely secured the counter to the cabinet. It will almost certainly move, break or both.
On top of all that, they broke another part of my cabinet and, separately, made it so that one of the doors will no longer align. Their parting gift was the quartz residue mess they left all over the countertops and my driveway.
While Ryan promised to talk to his guys and get them back out and fix what they could, he essentially blew me off for a full week instead. He’d answer my calls, promise to get back to me by the end of the day and then I’d never hear from him. As for all my emails, they just went completely unanswered (though he was very quick to answer when I was still booking the job). My only remaining option was to dispute the charges with my credit card company, a process I just began.
The one thing I am thankful for is that we decided to upgrade to the Pental quartz (as opposed to their standard offering), which at least comes with a 10-year warranty. You will, of course, have to get on them get the info needed to register the product (specifically, the serial numbers for the slabs), as there’s no chance they’ll just give it to you without asking.
Yes, these guys offer decent pricing. And now you know why. Use them at your own risk!
