We have worked with architects in construction projects for over 30 years, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience we have ever had. Forgetting to file basic things as water mains, sewer mains, TR-1's, fire sprinkler drawings, mistakes on drawings and schedule B's. BPP plans, etc. Total of 12 amendments due to their incompetence and almost 8 months delay.
