DO NOT USE! Frank walked our property, provided an estimate for mulching, and on the day of the job, said he underestimated the amount of mulch the job would take and gave us a new quote, which was literally 25% more. He also spoke with my husband over the phone prior to job to review what we wanted, so I am unsure where the misunderstanding was. While Frank was apologetic, we cancelled the job due to lack of professionalism.

Owner/manager promises a great job for a great price. Insists a better deal since they are already in the neighborhood. I got the opposite. He changed me almost $1000- for an hours work with a crew of 5. Work was substandard. I have to finish myself with a hacksaw or hire someone else. Stay clear of this guy.

Do not use. We paid them in full to have a tree removed. Frank said he would come back and finish the job and he never did and we left many voice mails. No one answers the phone.

Frank and his crew came through our Fredericksburg neighborhood, have an estimate. Later that same day we called n they returned. Did a lot of work on trees, shrubs etc for a really reasonable price and they cleaned up debris. Very pleased. Plan to use them again.

Lacey's Outdoor services did an excellent job removing several trees on my Herndon property. His pricing was very fair and he handled things with me in an honest and forthright manner. I referred him to our neighbor who has also used his services. He did the work as promised and he even did some additional tree work without charging me. He also provided me with advice on some other problem areas that will need to be addresed.

Lacey's representatives were going door-to-door in my neighborhood. Gary gave me an estimate to grind a small stump on the side of my house. I had planned to dig out the stump myself, which would probably have taken me an hour with a tree spade and spud bar; however, the estimate was too good to pass up. Did a great job: piled the shavings neatly and sliced the remaining wood and stacked it under the deck.

Do NOT Use!!! We hired Lacey's to do some tree removal and trimming services and paid them $1950 in advance since they said the job can be done right away with the crew of five. They did removed two small trees as they supposed to but did not trim the two tall tree branches because they did not have a ladder that was tall enough clear the tall tree branches which they said that they will come back next day to finish which they never did or respond.
