Mr. L ackey was a true profession when he constructed my home.His knowledge was so incredible.He brought experience to the table that I think noone else could have.I was well pleased with the quality of his work and his prices.When the project was finished,he opened his books pretaining to my house and showed me where ever penny was spent,name me another contractor who will do this!Very honest and very knowledegable about all construction phases.I would use him again if I needed any type of construction.

He didn't supervise his crew during the renovations to my home. A lot of errors were made that required having subcontractors repair. For example, air vents in the master bedroom were not replaced. Also duct work under the house was damaged. Personal belongings were either lost or damaged by his crew. Many of them nonreplaceable as they belonged to my grandmother. Kitchen faucet was replaced and now water pressure is very low.
