I am disabled. I use the grant to remodel a bathroom. Lady Built was supposed to do remodel in 6-8 wks. Finally, make appt to come to my house in 10 wks. On the day, they wnt to the wrong house in the wrong county. Two or three weeks finally got here. Even though the grant had paid for materials they were short on materials, left to get more materials and installed wrong shower head and no grab bars around toilets. Requested grab bar on the wall, left again to get materials. The contractor was supposed to ask me where needed grab bars in the shower - did not. The engineer came back out and not followed the job order. They had to come back out to add grab bar and right shower head. The shower does not get hot or even warm. The shower was installed in November still not right. Very hard to reach by phone.
