3 times no show. I have been waiting since the end of June with many promises to get a permit. I was scheduled to be complete first week August, the second week August, first week September and still hasn't come out. Have approval from our HOA since the end of June. He apparently likes to do work without a permit and I insisted on getting one, so I think,that is the problem. No calls, just excuses. So long summer no awning. Back to square one. He wants to do the job without a permit and said just tell HOA he is doing a repair. He said, 'why pay for permit'. Sounds shady to me.
