  We hired Emilio (Landa’s Concrete) to do our driveway, he was very unprofessional since day one.
  First day he came with one helper who was complaining about Emilio how he doesn’t pay his workers and was talking very bad about him and he never showed up anymore .
  Emilio was working by himself every day , failed two basic inspections from multiple village inspectors. He also caused multiple damages to our property and stated that he will pay for it.
  His work was very sloppy and unprofessional.
  After inspectors failed him he decided to walk away and not continue with work,leaving us with no driveway and a lot of mess around the house.
  He also never payed for the damages that he did to our property (garage door ,fence,landscaping)
  Please stay away from this guy!

  patio-step

  I hired Emilio to re-do my patio & steps in August 2020. Emilio took care of obtaining the permits so I didn't have to do anything. Emilio really knows his craft. He was very polite & professional. The patio & steps turned out beautifully, & was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with his work. I would & have recommended his services to family and friends.

  Landas help me to do my house driveway last year on November and I could not be happier with the work he did Emilio was always checking on the crew and how the driveway was being done and went the extra mile to finish it on time prior for winter hits thanks Emilio I would recommend for anybody that needs concrete work thumbs up!

  Concrete driveway replacement

  $6,500

  Emilio complete the replacement of our driveway. His contract stated slab replacement if any cracks appeared within 1 year. Cracks showed up in several areas. He showed up and took a look but never returned as promised. He won’t respond to texts, emails or phone calls. He stated he needed time to get the season started and then would be out to replacement them in July. His initial work was sloppy and he didn’t clean up after himself which included drinking on our property. Do not hire him.

  concrete driveway and patios

  Emillio Landa, the owner of the company did not do the work that he had promised. The work was not completed as agreed upon such as the finish of the driveway was not done correctly. The concrete was not poured with a wet edge leaving a very large ugly patch the entire width of the driveway. He concreted the gas lines to the ground. His lines were very crooked everywhere and in many areas the depth of the driveway and patios were not at the minimum depth. He ran over the front clean out and broke it so I had to have a plumber come out and replace it for $500.00 The pitch near the front door runs into the house not away which could cause water issues in the future. The spill was spread all over the yard which killed a lot of my health grass, and now I have to replace. I confronted him on his alcohol use on my property and shortly later found out he had been smoking marijuana on my property also. I advised him this behavior is unacceptable. We agreed that he would refund the money minus the cost of the concrete, he left my home and said he would come back. A short time later he sent me a text stating that he had an emergency and he would not be back. A few days later I left him messages to meet me with the money we had agreed upon. a couple of days later he left a message stating he could not afford to pay it back, he would only fix it. He has not returned any of mine and my husband’s calls or texts from that point on.
