Although Tom and Landmark Custom Landscape do good work the issue come a few years down the road when and if you want to add to your yard. We spent 80k having tom do our yard with the intent of adding more as we grew into the space. To add to that we also got 3 other homes in our neighborhood to utilize Landmark. We recently asked Tom to help with some more concrete work to integrate a hot tub into our yard and Toms reply was that they are busy and the job is to small.
This is a total let down because they know how they built our yard and we would like things to match and look as cohesive as possible but the additions are to "small." I think this is a very poor way to treat your clients and returning clients.
My advice is to either do everything you could ever dream of upfront with no expectation of working with Tom and Landmark in the future.
