  They were Clayton Homes' manufactured home installer. They installed my manufactured home.

  TERRIBLE work ethic, horrible quality. I do not recommend Landredi, Bill Lewis, or Glen Rossi. He was the installer for Clayton Homes and installed my manufactured home. Although I insisted I didn't want it in a pit because of groundwater problems (it was too wet for a septic drainfield), he put it in a pit and I now have water in the crawlspace, and although it's under warranty, he won't fix it. He doesn't follow code. I have a report from the Washington State Manufactured Home Installer Certification inspector that details the problems and violations, but he won't fix them. He and Clayton Homes are taking advantage of disabled and financially-challenged people. They know we can't afford hefty legal fees, so they get away with it. Their contract requires mediation for disputes, but they won't participate in the mediation. Bill lies constantly - he'll say anything to get you off the phone, but it's all empty promises. The quality of his work is ABYSMAL. The skirting is 2 warped boards that don't meet and drip water and dirt into the crawlspace, the nails aren't rustproof, it's STILL not fully painted a year later, and the groundcover (plastic) in the crawlspace extends out into the yard, so water is actually drawn INTO the crawlspace. Code requires him to drain water away from the home -- despite his claims that it was "graded perfectly", water drains to the home. When the building inspector required him to dry out the crawlspace, he dried out the section by the crawlspace entry, leaving 4" of water on the other half of the crawlspace, out of sight. His solution to a problem is to hide it (the warped skirting, the water in the crawlspace). He also doesn't finish the project -- I nagged 4 months before they came out to finish painting the trim and the skirting and vents still aren't fully painted. He rarely returns phone calls. His electrician couldn't wire the septic system correctly - it took 5 visits (and another electrician and a septic inspector) to fix it, and I had to pay for the last visit although it is still under warranty because he refused to pay. He does not honor his warranties, and frankly, now that I know the horrible quality of his work, I don't want HIM to do the work at all. This is just the tip of the iceburg. Glen Rossi claimed he would find the property corners so I could save the money on a survey -- his "corners" would have shaved 15' off the back side of the property and put me on the neighbor's lot to the left. He agreed to have me there when the septic designer came so I could discuss where the tanks went - but he didn't. Bill Lewis was supposed to have me there when the septic installer came out, but after delaying about 4 weeks, he didn't bother to contact me so I could be there -- and the tanks were not installed where I wanted them. Do not trust him!!!

  I wouldn't recommend this company at all. He filed my permits late which resulted in me waiting and additional year to get my home done. He hardly ever would respond to my phone calls and didn't finish what we agreed to in the contract. When we were on site he was too busy taking other calls to pay attention to what he was suppose to be doing that he ended up putting things in wrong and then only fixed them half way. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else.
