This builder took too many shortcuts. The siding wasn't finished. There are several instances where no siding was installed because it was a small section and the standard length was a tad bit too short. It was just left undone. The roof was substandard because the roofer failed to use flashing in vallys and had selected cheep one-off industry castoff shingles. The shower stall floor has cracked because their is no support where people stand. The street lamp was cheap and poorly made. It was poorly designed as it required 3 flame style bulbs. To replace a bulb I had to take the entire lid off which was secured by 3 screws. The screws unscrewed downwards making it likely one would be dropped and lost. The gutters were not caulked and leak. This builder too too many shortcuts. The house looks nice but I am still solving problems that never should have occured.
