    Tree fall exterior damage repair

    Project Manager Jesse Harlan oversaw restoration of a corner of my house damaged by a falling pine tree. Jesse oversaw the initial inspection, contacted, prepped the construction crew and did a final inspection. He provided timely progress reports to all involved by email and text/phone messages. The crew had everything repaired and painted within one day--a top quality repair. With Jesse's oversight and leadership skills, the project to restore the house to its original look ran smoothly, on time and on budget.

    Lang Restorative & Construction has HORRIBLE Worksmanship and Customer Service (especially the rude and disrespectful Erin Moore that stated she is Lang Construction and make all decisions). I was on hold for over 45 minutes with being advised to continue to hold for even longer.
    I had previously used Lang and had some minor problems but the owner came to my home and rectify the problems.
    This time, I attempted to resolve the problems that I was encountering with the quality of materials especially after such severe water damage to the home.
    The point is DO NOT USE this company or anyone that that recommend such unprofessional interaction and unskilled work.
