With over thirty six years of hands on construction, Jeff Lanning is owner/operator of Lanning Construction LLC, providing full service capability in all aspects of construction, from framing and plumbing to finishing touches.
Throughout his career, Jeff has completed a wide range of projects. Lanning Construction specializes in ground up, turn key residential and commercial construction. Jeffs construction portfolio includes custom homes, pole buildings, restaurants, assisted living complexes, a motel, a casino, and an apartment complex. Jeff works well with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all projects are done within budget and on time.

For the most part, the work was done timely and professionally, however, once he receives payment and you realize there is a problem with his work, he ignores text messages and will not back up his workmanship.

Terrible man. Doesn’t know what he’s doing and takes every shortcut possible. He will not call you back ever again once he’s done with his “work” and you find all the screw-ups and shortcuts. We cannot ever re-sell our house because of this piece of garbage company. And they know exactly what they did. Do not call this company if you want an actual house you can live in.
