My experience working with Al/Fehmi was terrible!! Initially quoted at $55,000 for my condo renovation project, the cost escalated to $62,000 due to discrepancies in understanding the design, despite prior discussions. Specifically, the pricing discrepancy arose from an apparent oversight regarding the tiling of bathroom walls, a component already included in the initial design. Despite emphasizing the importance of adhering to the timeline, crucial paperwork and basic drawings for HOA approval, (promised at the contract signing), neither have been provided even after 15 days. Al/Fehmi failed to meet agreed-upon deadlines and has declined to refund my $1,000 deposit. During the tile selection process, he repeatedly suggested that opting for certain materials would incur higher labor costs, effectively pressuring me to either give up my material preference or agree to increased expenses to achieve the desired outcome. I strongly advise seeking alternative professionals to avoid financial loss and time wastage. For those seeking reliability, honesty, adherence to pricing commitments, and timely project initiation, please look elsewhere!!
