DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
A LEAK WAS FOUND AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX BLAME CUSTOMER AND CAN NOT WARRANTY A SHOWER FOR USE. DO THEY BUILD A HOUSE AND IT IS UNLIVABLE AND SAY IT IS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. I hired LaRocca construction to do a remodel on a stand up shower the proposal was done in February they did not start the work until July the company is very unprofessional you cannot contact them by phone everything is text messages the company removed my old shower and replaced my new shower after the replacement water was leaking from my second-story to my first story ceiling under the shower I contacted LaRocca construction and their response was put a bath rug down and they put up a plastic guard on the door after that did not remedy the shower leaking to my first floor I contacted them again this time they refused to do anything about it saying it was the customers problem to deal with a shower door that is leaking on the floor it’s not the construction company fault. The company would not even respond to me to tell me that they were not going to work on it anymore it was sent to me in an email . LaRocca construction refused to take my phone calls and told me that they would not warranty the shower because of shower use. a LaRocca construction said it was the customers responsibility and the customer would have to buy a different set of doors and have them installed at customers expense. do not use this company. You cannot get a hold of them. They show up sporadically and most of the time you have to send a text out asking when someone is gonna come and finish the job. My shower was not not constructed correctly. they gave the excuse water leaking out the shower door is not their problem the customer needs to fix it even though they suggested the doors for the shower.I currently Have a $13,000 shower that I cannot use because water is escaping the shower enclosure which was built by LaRocca construction and damaging my first floor ceiling
