Took over 6-months to build and only then by threatening to see a lawyer. Township inspector won't even entertain another permit request from builder. Unreachable, excuses after excuses. Plenty of other builder options in area, go with them especially if timely construction and support after build is important to you.

I wouldn't hire them again if you put a gun to my head. Building not square, roof leaks down the side of a wall, building (24x54) took over 4 months to build, and they only return calls/texts if it involved them picking up money. Even had to grind the cement down in middle of garage door so it would close evenly. I gave them 3 attempts to fix the leak and then hired someone else. Buck Mallory was the guy in charge. Building inspector said they did a terrible job and said "It's like they didn't even care".

Buck Mallory has essentially stolen my deposit of $8,320. He gave me 3 start dates and missed all of them. When questioned about them he gave several excuses. I was able to fact check one excuse with my County Development Office and confirmed it was a lie. He had given several other excuses on other matters immediately after getting my deposit check. I should have taken these as a red flags, but he is a likeable charismatic guy.
I asked for a refund based on loss of confidence in him and his company. I offered to just part ways and chalk it up to bad timing and miscommunication, but he refused and refund. He just emphasized how difficult it would be to get my money back. That may have been the only truthful thing he told me.
I don't recommend this business. But if you do use them, I wouldn't give him anymore for a deposit then you can recover in small claims court.
Also, if you are reading other reviews (fb and Google), several are from family members. So, take with a grain of salt.
****additionally, after posting several reviews, he did contact me regarding a refund, but said it would depend on him signing a contract for an exact project as mine. When I said that we could work out a re-payment plan, but I needed a tangible monetary show of good faith, he threatened to have materials delivered and dropped in my driveway. I explained I am not a contractor. I do not have the means and a medical condition preventing me from moving bulk materials.
