This guy is a big fraud. He will try to check a lot of unnecessary things to prolong the time so that he can get paid by the hour. Also, he will subject to bogus charges such as courier service charge for the part that he replaces. Matter of fact is that he may have gotten all the parts from distributors with free delivery.

Excellent service!! Dennis, The Water Heater Guy, was able to figure out the issue on our water heater and fixed it. Our water heater (Whirlpool) has stopped working. There was no light or no blinking on the Honeywell 24V gas valve controller. The heater is still in the warranty for parts and labor. So I called Whirlpool and I got his phone number in the morning. I called him and left a message. Dennis got back to me within two hours and came to our house at 3:30 p.m. After several checking, he immediately found that the 24VAC transformer (Black box above the Honeywell controller) is dead. He said he has never seen the problem for his 18 years experience. Because it is rare he doesn't carry the transformer parts for the water heater. It needs to be ordered and it will take two business days. But he came up to an idea to use a different 24V transformer for water sink heater. He cut the wires and converted it to the transformer for the water heater. Amazingly it worked. The status light started blinking and water heater started boiling. Until the replacement parts comes we have hot water at least. I was so happy. Also he had many good suggestions, which are very reasonable. Thanks, Dennis!!
