I hired Eric, and Fired Eric 3 months later. I hired him to remodel my guest bathroom. It currently has not plumbing, no toilet, no bathtub, no sink, the walls are striped to the installation (yes, down to the studs, and I didn't ask to have the walls removed!!). The floor is down to "plywood." The only thing in the room is the cat's litter box. And she doesn't even have privacy. He had his worker remove the door!!! The value of my house went from $220,000 to $120,000 in three months. I contacted a 2 guys to buy my house; 1- a house-flipper and 1-a guy who "buys ugly house any price" Both said they could not make a profit for what that would have to put back into my house to sell it for a profit!@! Does that tell you how bad this contractor destroyed my house before he really got started with remodeling phase. He would not call when he would be late. He would not call if he was not coming to work. Good luck, if you hire him.
