Mr. Goode was disorganized. He called at the last minute to schedule his carpenter coming to my home during my kitchen renovation. He was not at my home to supervise the delivery of cabinets or the installation of appliances. He did not have the kitchen floor properly prepared for delivery of the appliances but was unwilling to delay the appliance delivery to make sure that the floors were sealed and the kitchen counter top installed to allow proper installation of the appliance. He appears to have not scheduled a carpenter to come to allow proper installation of the granite countertop and improper installation of the countertop has caused the sink cabinet to fail within weeks of installation. Mr. Goode's repair of the sink cabinet appears destined to fail long before properly instaled cabinets and counter tops should fail. While, Mr. Goode may be able to coordinate a painting project or masonary repair, a project which requires the coordination of several subcontractors often seems become his competency. He will not provide copies of invoices to substantiate charges for items that were estimated in the original agreement. I would not recommend Mr. Goode as a kitchen renovator.
