Do not use this company unless you are ready to have someone not listen to you. It took him 5 weeks to get back to me with a bid. Once the bid came in we were fine with the amount (it was a bit high but we felt we would get what we want) In the bid he wrote the exclusions down such as hardware. Under tile it said shower tile and floor tile (we were remodeling a bathroom) and gave a $ amount. I knew the tile price could vary depending on what we chose. In our conversations before the bid I said just what I wanted, had it all planned out and many pictures. I expresses my desire to have accent tile and showed pictures. He seemed uninterested. When he finally got back with us after 5 weeks we signed the contract that seemed to have what we wanted in it. We gave him $500 as a deposit. After the bid (which I assumed included the accent tile) he informs me the bid does not include that and it will be $10 more per square feet for labor. What? Why did you not tell me this? This puts me too far out of my budget. It also worried me that there would be more things come up that we thought were included but were not. Now I was never planning on changing what I wanted and made it clear from pictures and conversation what I wanted. When he tried telling me I now would have to pay more I decided that I could not go with him. He had not been honest about what was in the bid. I asked for my $ back since it had only been a week and a half and nothing had been done except a bid. He has refused and I am now out the money. It has been a terrible experience!
