Bill is a crook. He billed me for plumbing work that was not done and kept promising me that a reimbursement check was in the mail. He finally said that he went chapter 11. He also built inferior quality closet doors and used the cheapest materials. It has been a year and a half and they have broken since and are garbage that I will have to discard.
