Do not do any business with Lemes Construction. Do not risk your assets. In 2020, I put a $2000 dollar deposit down to buy a house owned by John Lemes. The house was a flip, but the air condition was not working properly, among other major issues. The title was not clear, so I never closed on time, and on top of that, I found new water damage in the house 3 weeks after the date I was supposed to close. Needless to say, due to him being in breach of contract, I walked away.
He refused to sign a release form for me to receive my earnest money deposit back, and has evaded me, my lawyer, my agent, and the court process for going on 3 years now. If you are wise, you would not do any business with Lemes Construction. You have been warned.
