  We ordered furniture from Victoria and she promised that it would be in by the end of the week. Six weeks later when she had been making excuses every week, we cancelled our order. She said she would send our refund. Six months later we still haven't received our deposit ($450) back and now she won't answer our calls or texts. This woman is a thief and a totally dishonest business woman. Steer clear!

  I have dealt with Victoria for 6 years now and have found her to be honest and very hard working. She is talented and does beautiful work. She is an interior decorator and has hired licensed contractors to do the work that would require a license, but has never said that she was a licensed contractor, only any interior decorator.

  She does Beautiful work, an described herself as a General Contractor.

  I am sure there is more to these stories, than one side of the Story.

  She is an Interior Decorater.

  We contracted with them to do a major remodeling job for our house. After giving them a large down payment nothing much happened for two months. We discovered she was operating without a required license and asked to have our contract cancelled and our money refunded. They refused. Victoria Brust has been charged by AZ County Attorney's Office with operating without a license. We would strongly urge not doing business with her.

  Sounds like a common theme for this business owner Victoria Brust Thomas. The same issue happened with my mother but it was $5k. If I could rate this a negative I would. Shame on her for scamming the elderly! If anyone know where to locate her please post it.

  BBB rating is actually a C- as of 12/12. I would be very cautious when dealing with Victoria. In mid 2011 we gave her a $2600 deposit for a piece of furniture. She never delivered the furniture, for the first year had many excuses for why it had not been built, and when asked to refund our deposit (after more than a year) refused. BBB got involved and she still refused to refund our deposit or deliver the furniture.
