I was quoted a price to have my floor retiled. I ended up paying more than my quoted amount close to $2000. There are holes in my grout in between the tiles, it wasnt sealed or caulked between baseboard and floor, it wasnt level, they buried something in a large area in my yard along with paint water thrown out in yard leaving at least 2 different colors, I had missing items from my garage that my original builders had left, there was damage to my granite island which is still visible. It was extremely hard to get a response after the project was finished to have issues fixed. When I asked for refund so i could have another company redo my porcelain tile, he refused.
