    Rick Letourneau is an innovative and very green builder who is making enormous improvements to downtown Oceanside, CA. Rick has two homes under current construction that could be models for green building. These 2500+ square foot residences offer radiant heat and cooling, LED lighting throughout, maximum insulation, pneumatic elevators to all levels--including the large ocean view entertaining decks. Would we recommend Letourneau and Co? In a heartbeat!
