  Replace my roof

  Level Up Innovations, LLC installed a new roof on my house at 38371 Barbara Court, Mechanicsville, Md. on May 15, 2020. They issued me a 5-year warranty on that roof.
  On March 23, 2024, my roof developed a significant leak in the vicinity of the chimney box that caused interior damage to my living room and the adjacent hallway ceilings.
  I called Level Up CEO, Mr. Cody Fielding the morning of March 23rd leak to inform him of the situation and followed it up twice that same day with additional information. In one of those calls I informed Mr. Fielding that I had contacted my insurance company, USAA, with details of the leak and the company which installed it in 2020 and details of their 5-year warranty. I gave them the contact information for Level Up to include Mr. Fielding’s telephone number.
  Each time my call was sent to his voicemail account. I sent two emails to Mr. Fielding with pictures of the damage attached. On March 25th, I called Mr. Fielding once again with additional supporting information. To date, a full month later, I have not received any response from Level Up Innovations/Mr. Fielding.
  During the period of March 23-March 25 I contacted USAA Insurance company to initiate a claim for the damage to the roof and home interior. My USAA adjuster informed me that he had called Mr. Fielding and discussed the situation with him. I was told that Mr. Fielding had promised that a Level Up representative would come to my home to inspect the damage on March 29th. To date, there has been no such visit from Level Up.
  Level Up Innovations, LLC/Mr. Cody Fielding has failed to honor his 5-year warranty. Subsequently USAA Insurance has approved the repairs to the roof and subsequent interior damage to another company I have chosen; Infinity Restoration Inc. USAA has initiated an investigation into Level Up Innovations LLC. Their intent is to investigate if a third party (Level Up) is liable for the damages to my property and, if so, pursue that party for my insurance deductible and any amounts USAA has or will pay out on the claim.

  Roof

  Jeff with Level Up Innovations knocked on my door. He noticed the damage on my roof and asked if I would like a free inspection. After the inspection he explained and even showed pictures to me of the damage on the roof. I was worried at first because of how expensive a roof can be. Jeff explain how he would go through my insurance company and have them cover the replacement of my roof. At first I didn’t really believe him but after asking him every question I could think of and him being able to answer them without getting irritated. I felt confident with everything he was saying. Needless to say. He was able to get my roof completely covered. I paid 1,000 for a 42,000 dollar roof. Thank you Jeff and Level Up

  roof and gutters

  I'm not a young women and have owned many homes requiring upkeep and large project requests; Levelup is by far the best experience I've ever had in replacing roof and gutters. From our first initial meeting; to selecting from a large variety of roofing tiles; to completion of the job; took less than a month. It is obvious, Levelup has taken careful consideration in whom they have chosen to partner with, the roofers were extremely professional. My roof looks AMAZING! I have since referred Levelup to friends and they too have experience nothing but the best from Levelup. I wish to thank Ryan Grant for his patience and great wisdom in answering ALL my questions. For future home upgrades, I know I'll be calling Levelup. Again, thank you.

  Replace roof

  Level up innovations was wonderful throughout the entire process of replacing my roof, repairing my interior from water damage, and installing new gutters. We worked with Amanda through the process of putting in an insurance claim and Amanda was beyond wonderful. She was professional, and followed up on all of the commitments. The crew worked great and the new roof is spectacular. Everyone at the company works hard to please the customer and their work is top notch. I DampRid say enough good things about the company and the staff.

  I had missing shingles and tons of leaks. I need to get my roof repaired and my house fix but I didn’t have the money to do it. Jeff from Levelup came by and knocked on my door. At first I didn’t believe that he could get my roof covered by my insurance. Not only did he get my roof and interior completely redone but he was able to get my siding covered too. I can not thank Jeff and Levelup enough. Jeff handled everything and made this process so easy. I recommend calling Levelup and asking for Jeff. He truly is a dream come true
