The owner Rocky, came out to my home. When he went on the roof to look at the A/C he brought no tools with him. Despite me telling him we had to have 2 lbs of freon put in the day before. He refused to test how much was in the system, he refused to run a leak test. pushed his hand into my chest and told me not to tell him how to do his job. I instructed him I would not be spoken to or touched in that manor and he needed to leave. Cue the owner swearing and cursing up a storm in and outside my house for the better part of 3 minutes, using derogitory slurs for the mentally handicapped, and using his truck to run over our garbage cans. Then proceeded to leave. I contacted the police and filed a police report with the police. AVOID THIS COMPANY the owner is unstable and dishonest.

Horrible! If I could leave negative stars I would... On 5/24/22, Rocky from Level Up Mechanical came to our home with a woman we later learned was his significant other (extremely unprofessional). They came regarding a claim filed to Choice Home Warranty (CHW) on 5/18 due to our AC not working properly. Within 5mins of arriving he "identified" the issue & advised he would need to submit a request for approval to CHW and would be leaving & would not return until he received approval. It took nearly a week to get the appointment & in prior experiences where CHW sent a tech, the issues were worked and resolved the same day so I advised I would like to call CHW to question his process. While inside my home on the phone with CHW, Rocky assaulted my husband by removing his belt, swinging and hitting my husband 3-4 times with the metal buckle. He then grabbed a large rock & threw it at my husband. Luckily my husband moved fast enough to avoid getting hit. In addition, he made vulgar comments to my husband about sexual things he was going to do to me and threatened us saying he knew where we lived & we better call the police implying he return to harm us. This man is violent & should not have a business license especially to go into people's home. We filed a police report and intend to press chargers. This man & his company are extremely unsafe & should not be in business. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company!!! If referred by your warranty, steer clear & demand they cease their contract with such a violent company immediately.
