My experience with Levion is similar to all that have been posted. Installation is not complete and communication with them is spotty at best. I have solar panels partially installed. They are not hooked up to supply power and not approved to operate with permits expiring.

If I could give them zero star rating! Horrible company! Lied to us big time! their salesman Robert Morales who conveniently quit after we signed the contract lied to us… we were told we would not pay for the numbers of panels we got quoted for, we were told if anything we will get a credit from edison… past forward we are now paying $188 for our edison bill on top of the monthly solar loan payment we have. I called their manager horrible people won’t answer my questions directly keep promising she will inform their ceo… We should all gather take their ass to court!

Literally the worst customer service experience ever. Horrible follow through, horrible communication, broken promises, stay away. This company is a scam. Do not sign any contracts with them

I singed with Levion February 17,2023 I had a solar system already and wanted to add more panels originally my first system was installed with solar edge inverters for the additional panels i request the same inverters per my proposal and was told i asked the for enphase system I sent a copy of my proposal and was told to correct the screw up I'd loose out on the NEM 1 and forced into the the next phase and loose my savings. In the process they turned off my existing system durning their install which left me without solar power causing me to end up with a $2300.00 end of year bill wit edison I contacted BBB and they reached out to Levion and got no reply had I known about Levion's business practices I would have never hired their sorry A--.

i signed my contract with Levion Solar in June 2023, they do not return phone calls nor do they or i should say they have not done their due diligence in taking care of a issue that was made during my install. Customer service is horrible the receptionist lies to get you off the phone, this was a expensive mistake, hopefully the system does what it supposed to if i can get an inspection.

We signed up for Solar with them in September 2022. Paid over 110k for our house and was told it would be fully installed and operational most likely In 6-12 weeks. Here we are in July 2023 coming up on year anniversary of signing and the job just barely got approved on its fifth inspection with the city after failing with four other city inspectors. The company spray painted our roof, the installers went to turn on our system and they explain the box was incorrectly installed and is missing electrical connections and now we don’t know when they will be coming back to fix as we are getting ghosted. Meanwhile loan payments will commence on the first of September and our summer electricity bills are already averaging $800. Please please please do not do business with this company. They are incompetent.

I don't recommend this company, bad bad customer service once they take your money they will not care about any issues caused by them. They don't know what they are doing and they try blaming it on you. I had to call fire department after they told me that everything was ready my stove almos caught on fire, my refrigerator broke, my groceries all went to waste cause they left me with out power for a week they had no technicians available, my front lawn dry. The breakers kept on blowing every day for along time snd they admitted to doing something wrong with the breakers but didn't want to fix it. I talked to Christian Mecias owner and the biggest liar and some Melissa lady they supposedly were replacing my appliance and reimbursing for groceries and for Edison because it took them for ever to connect the panels and this was on 2021 and I haven't received any reimbursement or heard from them.
