I contracted Cramer to construct a pole building. After signing the contract and providing one-half of the contracted cost as down payment, I waited three months for the project to begin and another four months for completion. The project was a nightmare of delays, poor quality subcontractors, mistakes, rework, and poor communication. All of his work is done by largely unsupervised subcontractors, none of whom are identified in the contract (a violation of the Pennsylvania HICPA law - read it for yourself). He also refused to fix the crooked door and holes in the metal siding. NOT RECOMMENDED.
