This more than a review it's an open invention for anyone thinking of hiring Paul (owner of LHOC) to contact me as a reference. Please do, I'll be glad to send you all my text conversations with Paul. I must warn you. It's a lot... it's six weeks of broken promises and excuses. As I write this my job is still not complete and Paul still hasn't made things right.
In regards to workmanship....he will sub everything out and then show up once a week and make excuses. Bottom line is, I get no pleasure in writing this. It shows that I should have done more research and not been so trusting. So this is my advice, if you want to hire LHOC/Paul then be ready to hire a second company to come correct the mistakes and finish the project. That's what we'll have to do.I will update if things change. So no news is bad news.
I'll also post pics of the unfinished fence and the cracking grout and the rear/structure of fence and the unfinished retaining wall.

Capt. Paul and his crew at LHOC did a a great job installing pavers and finishing our drive way! We can’t wait to use them again on our next outdoor project.
